Unconditional Love

I was listening to Pastor Creflo Dollar and he was speaking on "Loves That Frees Us"
He spoke about an unconditional love that we must share.
He went to Genesis and reflected on where God said "It is not good that man should be alone." God saw that if man is alone he will nourish himself, he will become self-centered. Therefore, God made an help suitable for him(Gen.2:22).
Man, when left alone will only focus on self; loving self and caring only for self. But the problem with that is that, God wants us to love others and not only self. He gave us someone to love and that is the woman. Created to be a suitable help for man, she is to be loved by man by that Unconditional love of God.

No Pleasure Is Worth Your Treasure!

"And Jacob said, "Sell me first thy birthright." And Esau said, "Behold, I am about to die. And what profit shall the birthright do to me?" And Jacob said, "Swear to me first." And he sware unto him. And he sold his birthright unto Jacob. And Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage..."- Genesis 25:31-34
To all young ladies who are still virgins, I encourage you to keep your "birthright" until you are married. In literal terms, Esau sold his birthright just for a moment of pleasure (for bread & pottage) and for the rest of his life it came back to bite him because he no longer had that treasure. |Your beauty is not in what people see on the outside but your purity that is on the inside|. Don't sell your virginity, as Esau sold his birthright, because just like him it will come back to bite you for the rest of your life!
No pleasure is worth your treasure- Always remember!

The Christmas Challenge

"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace."-Isaiah 9:6
On Christmas, God gave His only begotten Son to be born into this world to die a sinner's death. He gave you a much needed Savior. So now, just as He made this a special time for you, I challenge you to make this Christmas a special time for someone else.
~Give as you have been given~

Why not?

A lot of people need a little push to do something extraordinary. They have the God-given seeds of greatness in them, but they need someone to push them along. The unfortunate thing about that is; someone will not always be there to push you along.
So if you are such a person, I encourage you today to think on the Words of God "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."- Joshua 1:9
God is not going to leave you NO WAY, NO HOW! So step out by faith!

Are you Going Overboard? by Jeff Brown sr.

Matthew 14:28-31
Peter said to Him, "Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water."
Are you ready to go overboard?
Trust the Lord to lead you as you walk on Water!

Words of Wisdom by Min. Jeffrey Brown sr.

The Will of God will never take you where the Grace of God can't protect you.

Words of Wisdom by Bev.

Decisions have to be ran by God first and foremeost. You cannot trust your feelings, your feelings lack integrity, they do not tell the truth. One thing is for certain is the word, recognize the voice of God and pray about any decisions or choices you make in life or you will find yourself doing a do over.

My Salvation

"The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?" - Psalm 27:1
David trusted the Lord to be his safe-keeper and protector. He called Him his "light" and his "salvation"
I challenge you today, to trust the Lord as David did; believing that He will keep and protect you in time of trouble.
Believe and be at peace!

Giving God all the glory

The Bible says, "whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified."- Romans 8:30
As Christians we are presdestined to be glorified. God has his hands of favor upon us. However, when we are in the midst of our shine is when we have to remember not to boast as if it is our own power or works that got us to the level we are in life.
God is the One who lifted us up and we should never take the glory for ourselves. When we thought we weren't gonna make it, God came through! It's not by power nor by might, but by the Spirit of the Lord.

Comforted to be a comforter

"The Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God."- 2 Corinthians 1:3,4
God does not comfort us to be comfortable, but to be a comforter to those who are in any sort of trouble.
Open your arms and hearts to others in need.

The Greatest Gift

"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."-Romans 6:23
Since the beginning of mankind, man sinned and caused death to reign in this world. However the Creator of the Universe stepped in to save us! God sent His only Son, Jesus Christ to earth to die for our sins. Jesus came and paid the price (which is death) for our wrong doings and by receiving Jesus as Lord of our lives, we receive this gift of salvation and forgiveness that God has given us. It is not something we can earn, but humbly receive by faith in Him.

Let's Rain Dance!

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to past; it's about learning to dance in the rain.
The Bible doesn't teach us to have pity parties, but to always Rejoice in the Lord. (Phil. 4:4)
Being a Christian doesn't guarantee us a smooth ride on our way to Heaven, The Bible actually promises us we will have opposition, but in it all we are to rejoice!
Don't let troubles get you down, By faith do the rain dance!
~God Bless~

How to be an Overcomer!

Everyone is faced with the challenges that comes with everyday life. Being a Christian doesn't excuse us from these troubles, instead it gives us insight. The Word of God says "For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, [even] our faith."- 1 John 5:4
Faith is the thing that gives us the ablitiy to overcome. Not depending on ourselves but having faith in God as we go through everyday life. He has promised to help us and uphold us in all circumstance! (Isaiah 41:10)

Faith in Jesus as God gives us the ability to overcome!
Stand by Faith and God will move on your behalf!

Part of The Family!

To all new born-agains "Ye are no more stangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God."(Ehp. 2:19)
The Bible says that we were before strangers to the people of God. We were alienated from His promises "But now, in Christ Jesus, ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ" (Eph. 2:13)
Walk in the peace and unity of saints that Christ has given you. You are redeemed by the blood! Hallelujah!

To all the young men in Christ "I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one." -1 John 2:14

Heirs Of The King

As Christians we have to realize that we have an inheritance. We are the children of the Most High and He has given us a portion with His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ.
The Scripture says "The Spirit itself bears witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children then heirs; heirs of God, and join-heirs with Christ" - Romans 8:16,17
Because Jesus gave us power to become sons and daughters of God by faith, all the inheritance of Christ now belongs to us! Hallelujah! As a gift from our Heavenly Father we are heirs to a life of Victory and Prosperity, to a life of Favor and a life full of Abundance. Abundance of love, joy and peace! Jesus wants you to take His gift of an Inheritance and know what is ours. Learn more of YOUR inheritance by Reading and meditating in your Bible everyday. GOD has exceedingly great and precious promises instore for you! Now receive what is rightfully yours!

We are sometimes faced with so much, that at times our load can become overwhelming. We begin to stress over our future and things we cannot figure out, but it is at these times that we have to trust and believe THE LORD HAS MADE A WAY! He has it all figured out! He has a plan for you and it WILL come to pass!
Be patient and rest in the Lord, for it is written, "Acknowledge him and he shall direct thy paths."-Jer. 29:11

The Power To Overcome!

Life in this world is full of trials and tribulation, but Jesus said " be of good cheer I have overcome the world."- John 16:33
We are overcomers because Jesus overcame! The Bible says "Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believes that Jesus is the Son of God?"- 1 John 5:5
No matter what life throws at you, HOLD YOUR GROUND! You are an Overcomer!

Warning: Lingering Damage!

A young teen who was constantly getting into trouble always apologized when his parents confronted him. No matter how much he hurt his parents with his previous wrong-doing, he would soon turn around and do something else wrong- knowing he would be forgiven.
Finally, his dad took him out tot the garage for a talk. Dad picked up a hammer and pounded a nail into the garage wall. Then he gave his son the hammer and told him to pull out the nail.
The boy shrugged, grabbed the hammer, and yanked out the nail.
"That's like forgiveness, Son. When you do something wrong, it's like pounding a nail. Forgiveness is when you pull the nail out."
"Oh I get it," said the boy.
"Now take the hammer and pull out the nail hole." his dad replied.
"That's impossible!" the boy said. "I can't pull it out."
As this story illustrates and King David's life proves (2 Samuel 12:1-14), sin carries consequences. Even though King David was forgiven, his adultery and murder left scars and led to family problems(2 Samuel 12:10).
This sobering truth can serve as a warning for our lives. The best way to avoid the lingering damage of sin is to live a life of obedience to God.-David Branon

Get Your Shine On

Jesus said "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."- Matthew 5:16
Jesus wants you to let your light shine. He didn't make you into who you are for your own benefit, but for His glory. He wants you to show the world the kind of person He really is; and the way to do this is to let your light shine. When you do good things, such as holding the door for someone, reaching out a helping hand or simply just walking around with a pleasant smile on your face, you are letting your light of the compassion of God shine throgh you; by this, showing the world who God really is. ( A God gracious and full of compassion)
Make the decision today to let your light shine. Go out and show the world the goodness of God!

Trust in the LORD

We all know Life can be a handful, but as Christians we have to persevere and keep trusting God.
The Bible says " Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, him whose mind is stayed on Thee: because he trusts in Thee" - (Isaiah 26:3)
Trust God no matter how tough, or fast-paced life gets.
God will give you peace simply because you show Him honor by  trusting Him.
Don't worry about the trials and troubles Life throws at you: trust in God!

Decision Making (part 1): God Got You!

As a young person, there are choices that you have to make that will drastically affect your life. You are faced with the challenges of Choice; and you will find that it can be very stressful. We are in the stage of our life that, if not guided, we fall into the pits of our own mistakes. We are led by the wind and blown around, but God says it doesn't have to be this way.
God has already pre-destinated your life. He knew what is your purpose and how you will glorify Him before you were even formed in your mother's womb. Jesus says "...Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be affraid."-John 14:27. God wants you to trust in Him and not be anxious about the challenges that comes your way. Its hard not to see your future planned out every step of the way, but trust and believe God has a plan for you; for as He said, "I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end (a hope and a future)."-Jeremiah 29:11. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." - Proverbs 3:5 ~ God bless!

Live Life to the Fullest

Jesus said in John 10:10 "The thief comes not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."
We have to learn how to live life and keep our peace, joy and happiness because these things do the devil seek to steal. He wants to destroy your family, relationships and he WILL try to kill you!
~Put your faith in God and He will teach you how to keep yourself~
